• Helps complement any HS sports workout program • Takes workouts to a higher level, getting an edge on competition • Enhances proper technique, power, explosiveness and speed • Incorporates more dynamic exercise techniques • Incorporates more dynamic exercise machines & speed equipment /apparatus; — glute/ham machines — resistance /power bands for Both Strength & Speed chains & blocks for Strength — sleds & parachutes for Speed — incorporates nutrition program
YOUTH PARTICIPANTS (AGES 9-13).
• teaches proper exercise fundamentals/techniques for BOTH Strength & Speed • incorporates similar aspects of any HS sports workout program (start young & continue to progress)
