Fitness Bootcamp Class.
Although originally inspired by the tried and true body resistance exercises of the military, BLBTRAINING’s Fitness Bootcamp class also integrates a variety of diverse strength training exercises, techniques and equipment. Not to mention, aerobic activities, namely calisthenics and a splice of creative musical mixes to create a fun and motivating environment. Fitness Bootcamp is designed to give you a safe and effective FULL BODY workout (upper body, lower body and core) each class. Each class is always different than the last and incorporates the use of ALL available equipment to meet this objective. Equipment may include the following; free weights (barbells & dumbbells), tubing, body bars, stability balls, medicine balls, circuit steps, jump ropes, trampolines and BOSU balance trainers. Each individual is motivated to do their best for the common good of the entire group. It is all about the dynamics of the group experience that makes this Fitness Bootcamp class unique. Whether you are just embarking on your fitness journey or need a plateau buster from your current regime, this class will help you to reach new levels of fitness. SPACE IS LIMITED. PAYMENT. |
